My Dad Peter Samuel aged 69 years as he is having chest pain and pain in both of his legs .Please pray for his speedy recovery.

I asked God for strength, that I might achieve.
I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey…
I asked for health, that I might do great things.
I was given infirmity, that I might do better things…
I asked for riches, that I might be happy.
I was given poverty, that I might be wise…
I asked for power, that I might have the praise of men.
I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of God…
I asked for all things, that I might enjoy life.
I was given life, that I might enjoy all things…
I got nothing I asked for - but everthing I had hoped for;
Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered.
I am, among men, most richly blessed!

O Good Saint Anne,
so justly called the Mother of the infirm,
the health of those who suffer from disease,
look kindly upon the sick person for whom I pray.
Alleviate their sufferings,
cause them to sanctify them by patience,
and by complete submission to divine will.
Finally deign to obtain health for them
and with it the firm resolution to honour Jesus, Mary and yourself
by the faithful performance of their Christian duties.
Amen

You invite all who are burdened to come to you. Allow Your healing Hand to heal Peter Samuel. Touch his soul with Your compassion for others; touch his heart with Your courage and infinite Love for all; touch his mind with Your Wisdom, and may his mouth always proclaim Your praise. Teach him to reach out to You in all his needs, and help him to lead others to You by his example.

the blind, and the crippled,
look with compassion upon Peter Samuel in his trouble.
If it is not God’s Will to cure him,
give him strength to bear his burden
and offer it up to Him,
who suffered so much for us.
Give Peter Samuel grace to offer his sufferings
in union with Jesus’,
in reparation for our sins and those of others,
for the needs of this troubled world,
and for the release of the souls in purgatory.
