Hi,

Please keep me in your prayers that I do not have lymphoma. I have a lump maybe two on lymph nodes under my chin that have been there for some months. I already have an autoimmune disease and my sister currently has lymphoma. I put this at a 50-50 chance. I go to the doctor on 10/11 to arrange for further testing and biopsy. Please keep me in your prayers.

Your in my prayers.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
now, and at the hour of our death,

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

To up date you.

I went to the doctor on 11/2 for the lump and he said that he thought it was a salivary gland that could have chronic infection in it, an obstruction, or a a non-cancerous tumor. He told me that I had two choices. I could either monitor it, since it had not grown that I could tell in a year, or have it out. At first, I thought I would just monitor it. But after talking to several people, in particular my pastor and my sister, I have decided to have it out. My sister told me that she started with lymphoma in a salivary gland and in order for it to get to the size it was when they removed it, they estimated that it had been growing very slowly for about 3 to 3 1/2 years. Also, the doctor did not suspect cancer at all. After hearing this, I made my decision.

Please pray for me as I nervous about being put out for this. The last time I was put out was about 16 years ago and I closed recovery throwing up for about 8 hours and turned as yellow as a yellow sheet of paper. Also, I have a fear about being put under. I don’t fear dying, it is just a fear I cannot explain, maybe because my mother woke up during an operation and could feel the surgery and could not make them aware that she was awake.

Anyway, please pray that I get though this calmly and without fear. Please pray that it is not cancer.

Father please give lakotak great blessing and assistance in this great concern.

Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil. Amen
