Pray to loose weight for me others who struggle

I know that there are other things more important to ask but I need to loose weight for health reasons. It is difficult and it takes many changes. I ask the Lord to help me and all those that are trying. Thank you Lord:mad:

Dearest Burggie,
I’m going to say some special prayers for you right now.
As an RN, I can tell you that losing weight will improve your health if you are over weight. Check with your doctor before starting any kind of new exercise or diet.

Oh, that is such an important prayer request!! Many people don’t truly appreciate how exceptionally difficult it is to loose weight and how upsetting it can be to be overweight. never forget that weight is just a number. i am sure you are beautiful person. i will say some very special prayers for you though when i do go to bed.

Lord, we praise You for Your love of us in body and soul, in our whole human personality.
We ask healing of the problems that cause weight gain, and we ask wisdom and srength for this friend and for all others who need/wish to lose excess weight. Help them, and our friend to wholeness and health in diet and in all aspects of life.

Your request is important to you and to all of us. I will pray for you and understand. I should lose weight, about 35 pounds to improve my health too and it is so hard. I have a niece who is obese and only 21 years old. I have suggested prayers also to help her, but she needs to want this. She is not there yet. You at least have come to the knowledge and realization that you need to loose weight and that is a huge first step. Praying that all will work out for you during this struggle.
