I’ll keep your family in my prayers. In fact, I’ll say a prayer right now! I pray he is able to keep his job.

Hi everyone. I KNOW I should trust in God, but by some miracle, the only way he will keep his job is by a miracle. Otherwise, the company will let him go on Tuesday. Thank you for all your prayers.

My dh went in to work on Friday (he had taken Thurs. & Fri. off) because he had talked to a friend at work that day. Anyway, when he went in, he talked to his boss who told him that they had let him go. Tuesday is his last day. He came home with a box full of his things. Today I am very resentful and angry. Yesterday I felt badly for him. We have other underlying issues. I have never been in this position before. We’ve been married 20 yrs. This really stinks! I need prayers desperately. I feel like someone pulled the rug out from under me (only worse).

Please pray that my husband will not lose his job. He is in the automotive business. I have many health problems and cannot work. I have a daughter who will be starting college in January and a son in a Catholic school. Thank you and I always pray for the intentions of others on this forum.
You can count on my prayers. I may be a teenager but I know how pricy college is. I will pray for your husband to keep his job and for you health problems as well as for your daughter to get scholarships for school.

Thank you, Cgirl4ever! Everyone’s prayer counts, no matter what the age. I appreciate your caring. You’re a blessing to me. I’ll prayer for your intentions too! Thank you, so much.

I have not been able to find work, I will pray for you and your family

Hi Duxbury,
I’ll do the same for you. Do you have a family? Just wondering. You don’t have to answer. We’re in this thing together. Let’s hang in there!

Yes I have a family and that is what makes this so difficult.
They should not have to endure this difficulty.
Thanks for your support.

Praying for Mom, Duxbury and all who are in need of employment. Lord you are a generous and loving God and see to all of our needs. Please bring them employment as soon as possible. Thank you for all that you are going to do, Father…in Jesus name I pray. Amen

Mother Mary please intercede for them.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

It seems that my husband’s employer keeps stringing him along. He keeps telling: you have your job today. What is up with that?? When (it is only a matter of days) he loses his job, he will only get 60% of his salary, which will not cover necessary bills, etc. I am very sad and distressed. Dear God, please help us!

Praying very hard to St. Joseph for your husband and Duxbury Mike to find good jobs

St. Joseph,

we seek your intercession in this situation for Mom and her family. See this hard working man and his family and have pity on them. We ask that if this is God’s will that he would be without his job, be that it would be only so tha he may move to an even better job. We ask that in all situations he would be blessed.

Jesus, Multiplier of All, bring abundance to this family when there seems to be no way for them. Bless them and reward them for their faithfulness. We ask you to protect them and all that has been given unto them and in confidence we seek your help. Amen

I am so very sorry! I will keep you and your husband and children in my prayers. How horribly cruel to let someone go right before Christmas regardless of the reason. I will pray that your husband will find much better employment very soon, and that this will end up being a huge blessing in disguise.

I am praying for you and please know you will be in my continued prayers even when I dont post. (I havent been posting as much lately but continue to pray for everyone`s intentions.)

Sincerely,

Maria1212

I am sorry to hear that. You and your family are in my prayer. I also asked St. Jude, St. Rita, and St. Theresa to intercede for us.

God bless you!

My husband finished out the work week till Friday before Christmas. The company said they will begin regotiating lay-offs when he returns in January. Please keep praying everyone. This is so difficult for all of us, and I greatly appreciate all your prayers. I am still praying for everyone on this thread also! God bless you everyone and I hope you all had a blessed Christmas! Much love.

I will keep praying for you. I am sorry you have this weighing on you, especially over the holidays. Hang in there. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Praying for your family. My family is also struggling, as are so many. Please try not to worry and put your fate in God’s hands. I believe He will provide what we need.
Murry

Dear Maria & Murry,
Thank you both so much for your prayers. Murry, I will be praying for you also. It is so difficult dealing with the unknown. I am one of those people who would like to know what is around the corner and be prepared. I guess that’s what faith is for, right? Maria, you’ve always been a godsend with your prayers. I hope you are doing well and I pray for you often. Thank you so much for your prayers. You both will be in my rosary tonight! Much love.
