Scripture says to “pray without ceasing”. How do I do this in my daily life?

my guess/interpretation is to treat every thought, word and deed as an offering to God, just as a prayer is an offering to God.

You could make a morning offering, a prayer to consecrate your day to God. In this way, your day becomes a prayer.
For example:

Jesus …I offer You all my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day, for all the intentions of Your loving Heart, in union with the Mass offered throughout the world today.

If you can get into the habit of saying multiple small prayers during the day, you’re well on your way.

One thing I’ve tried to do is make it an “automatic” to pray for helpr when certain things occur (eg, you’re under stress, boss is angry, someone makes a mistake that makes your work harder or whatever). Then pair this with praying for thanks when something good happens.

If you can do this, you’ll build a spirit of dialogue where prayer occupies more and more of your time.

As the reading for this Sunday says, let your every act be for the glory of God. Prayer is not simply a vocal repetition of those prayers with which we are familiar. It includes our actions. Every act of love is a prayer.
One of my favorite prayers was my mother’s Kitchen Prayer. I would really love to find a copy of this very honest prayer.
"Oh God of pots and pans and things, make my grumbling cease…I may have Martha hands but I have a Mary heart.
Prayer without ceasing is this type of offering in which we see Christ’s sandals as we “black the boots.” The service we give, we give to God.

This is for contemplatives. We are all called to contemplative prayer. How to do it?

Daily mass if possible. Daily rosary if possible. Meditation on Life of Jesus always. Pray with hearts love for Jesus.

that seems logical. It is line with always doing God’s will. If we continually pray and make everything offered to God it can only strengthen us.
