Prayer against anxiety attacks

Thanking everyone in advance for lifting me up regarding my lifelong anxiety problems, compounded by on-again, off-again move, job hunting, and illness (thankfully minor). May we be constantly be reminded, as I saw on a church announcement sign:

“God is bigger than anything you are facing.”

Oh, my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of thy mercy.
 
Praying for you that at some point you will find relief from anxiety.

Glorious Saint Joseph, foster-father and protector of Jesus Christ, to you I raise my heart and my hands to implore your powerful intercession. Please obtain for me from the kind Heart of Jesus the help and the graces necessary for my spiritual and temporal welfare. I ask particularly for the grace of a happy death and the special favor I now implore.
Guardian of the Word Incarnate, I feel animated with confidence that your prayers in my behalf will be graciously heard before the throne of God. O glorious Saint Joseph, through the love you bear to Jesus Christ, and for the glory of His name, hear my prayers and obtain my petitions.

We beg you , Lord, to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna on our behalf. Grant all those for whom we pray patience in their sufferings and resignation to your divine will. Please fill them with hope, and grant them the relief and cure they so much desire.

We ask this through Christ our Lord who suffered agony in the garden. Amen.**
 
Lord God,
many of us have had anxiety attacks in our lives.

I know that I had some when I was much younger.

If some people have them late in life and they persist, you
know God what would be best for them.

You led me in my twenties to see a physician and get
medication that saved me from losing my job.

If any of your children are in a similar position as I was in, I ask
that you enlighten them to see the need for a doctor or other
health care professional.

If the attack against them does not require medical attention,I ask you that
you let them know God what it is that they do need to overcome these
attacks.
We ask this through the intercession of Mary and Joseph and in the name of Jesus. 🙂
