can anyone suggest a good catholic prayer book?

something that might have all these types…

ewtn.com/Devotionals/prayers/index.htm

i have to have a book, its hard to concentrate while on the computer, plus if it was an edition i could carry with me would be good too.

there are so many on amazon i dont know which one would be the best.

thanks!

I would recommend the Catholic Book of Prayers. It follows todays mass to the tee.

My favorite is “The Catholic Prayer book.” I found my at a book store that is no longer here, and I haven’t seen one like it since. Not even in catholic sources. The address on the inside is: Servant Books, P.O box 8617, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48107. I hope that helps.

I’m actually making my own prayer book. I’m taking prayers that I like from all sorts of different books, and a couple I made-up on my own (to St. Anne Line, my patron saint) and hand-copying them into a journal. It’s taken me a long time, and I’m still working on it, but it’s totally worth it. My own hand-writing puts a personal touch on the prayers, and I have all my favorites all in one place. It’s been worth the effort.
