Hi, do you have a special area for prayer in your home, or a home altar etc?
I’m planning on setting up an area where I can get some peace and quiet for the more formal prayer in my life.
Anyone fancy sharing pictures of theirs? 🙂

I’m actually working on this project myself!
Does anyone have any links to companies offering reasonably priced non-China made statues?
 
Could you share a link for that St. Michael statue. I prefer the spear to the sword myself )
 
Thanks, I picked it up at a Catholic store while traveling across country several years ago (I believe I was somewhere in Ohio), it was my first Icon.
 
I purchased a statue made of plastic of Our Lady, which I then painted myself, they were very reasonably priced here is the link:

Top shelf (left to right): St. Michael, St. George, Orthodox cross, Christ instructing disciples, Pantocrater, Theotokos of Mt. Athos, Theotokos w/child, votive lamp.

Bottom (standing): St. Basil, St. Paisios, red votive lamp, St. Thomas, St. Czar Nikolai, Prophet Elijah.
Bottom (laying down): St. John of the Ladder, St. John Chrysostom, Pantocrater, Orthodox Christian Prayer book
 
I like your prayer rope, and the beautiful gold leaf background on your icons (comes through very well on your icon of St Thomas).
 
My whole home has become a prayer corner…to the point of excess! 😉

@Mark121359, Gorgeous!

You seem like the go-to guy on information for where to find good quality figurines. Do you source locally, or can you direct a person to a good online source?
