It’s wood carved and stands 10" tall. That statue belonged to my mom. She passed in 2007. So she probably purchased it in the mid 90’s. The label is still on the bottom. I have to wonder whether they are still in business though.

In my rather small closet, on the ground, between a rubbermaid tub full of maternity clothes and my hanging skirts. Being tucked tight in there with the door closed gives me the sense of solitude I often need.

Unfortunately my youngest regularly trashes my closet and if I don’t sort if back, my prayer space implodes.

All so beautiful and uplifting.

I will take a pick of the different places I pray. Mostly by bedroom altar.

I recently bought my mom a silk rose rosary and it’s in my room. Hughe.

Then I got a cross that hides in the sides–holy water, holy oil and everything a priest needs for last rites. It slides open.

I do have an altar but I have different pieces through out the house.

This is next to me now–La piet(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.) a and Mary statue

Mary came from mom and la pieta came from rome.

I inherited this cross from my mom. In my home I have St. Joseph the worker oil and St. Philomena oil.

I would ask your priest.

You can usually request some from different shrines, etc.

I have a bottle I received in person from the Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus (Dominicans), https://the-shrine.org/product/blessed-st-jude-oil/

It’s not the oils used in the sacraments, of course, but a sacramental on par with holy water.

ETA: I know the shrine director/priest of the above link personally; he would pass almost anyone’s test of orthodoxy, so no worries that this is one of those weird internet things (aside from the weirdness that is yours truly). 😜
