Prayer for 6 yr. niece

Please pray for my 6 yr. old niece, Carolynn. She’s had strep throat 5 times out of a 3 month period. Her tonsils are enlarged and inflamed. She will need surgery to have them removed but it won’t be simple b/c she has mitral valve prolapse as well. Right now, the antibiotics are working so that’s a good thing.

:crying: My heart is breaking because she’s been through a lot over the past yr. w/other serious illnesses and came through them but I know she will be scared about going to the hospital and going under. I wish I could take her place b/c I’ve had many surgeries and can handle them.

She always gets excited when I call her and we always have fun when we are together…even if she’s driving her Barbie car around the block slowing down so I can catch up and then speeding off laughing at me b/c I am not as fast as I use to be.

Anyway, could you pls pray that she has her angel watching over her and pray for the family as well. I know my sister is nervous as well.

I also need pray for 2 dear friends fighting a really bad viral infection. They both have sore throats and high fevers that they can’t seem to break.

Consider your neice and others prayed for. Father we come to you today and thank you for this day that you have given us to live. Father your children are really sick right now and need your healing. Please Jesus, Shed Your Precious Healing Blood upon them from the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet, from the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet. Give them all the fight inside that it is going to take to win. Be with their doctors and nurses and guide them to how they need to be taken care of. Father thank you for this. In Jesus name, Amen. St. Michael, St. Anthony, St. Jude and all of the other Saints and Angels Pray for them. Blessed Mother, cover them in your mantle of love.

Lord, keep Carolynn under Your Protection in all things. Comfort her family and help her proceed with all medical treatments in safety. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

Oh, the poor darling! 😦 It’s so hard when the little ones suffer. Sure, I’ll pray.
 
Keeping Carolynn in prayer along with her surgeon and medical team and may The Lord allay her anxieties. Will keep your two friends in prayer also and may they be returned to good health soon…praying too for you and all concerned about them all at this time of sickness…

WOW!!! I can’t believe the number of ppl praying for my niece.
TYTYTYTYTYTY!!!

Carolynn is doing well right now on stronger antibiotics. She will go in for surgery in May and recovery should be 1 week provided she doesn’t get sick again.

My sister isn’t telling her until a few days before so she doesn’t get upset. In the meantime, she has a birthday party on Sunday for a great report card (she’s only in kindergarden but they ask a lot from the kids–esp. reading and writing!!!).

I will certainly pass all of these msgs along to my sister and keep everyone posted as the big day nears. I pray that things go smoothly and I won’t be a nervous aunt.

I just found out her surgery date is Tuesday, May 13. Time of day won’t be known until a few days before. It will definitely be outpt.

She will come home late afternoon early evening provided things went well.
