Please pray for my Dad’s cousin, Jonica, and her husband, Matt. They had tried with difficulty to get pregnant for a while and finally did. At her 20 week ultrasound they discovered the baby had some abnormality (don’t know the specifics). The doctor suggested she abort the baby because if she survived the entire pregnancy she wouldn’t live long after birth. Jonica and Matt decided to carry the baby to term. The time has come and she is scheduled for a c-section tomorrow (10am eastern). They are hoping that it will be less stressful for the baby so they might have some more time with her. We have been praying for a miracle all along and will continue to pray for one tonight. Please join us in prayer for a miracle baby!! We know His Will will be done, if it is that this baby should join Him pray that Jonica and Matt (and their family) are able to grieve their loss but ultimately find peace.

May God’s will be done, and may grace be poured out on this little soul’s family, to accept whatever comes with courage and strength.

Will keep Jonica and Matt in prayer alone with her surgeon and medical team…and for a miracle baby…if the miracle baby is not God’s Will may he comfort and console them both along with family and all who love and care for them…
 
Sweet Heart of Jesus, help. You who are All Goodness, mercy and compassion, who cannot say no when we come to you with love, faith and hope- Help now in the tenderness of your love for the glory of your Father and the coming of His kingdom among us.

Thank you all for your prayers. Sadly baby Arabella was only with her parents for a short time. Her grandmother sent the details: Arabella Rose was born with wavy dark hair on January 14, 2008 at 12:18 pm, weighing 6 lbs 9oz and 16 1/2 inches long. She passed away at 1:30 pm. A private ceremony is planned but the date has not been determined pending her mother’s release from the hospital.

Thank you again for all of your prayers. Please continue to keep Jonica and Matt and their families (first grandbaby for Jonica’s side) in your prayers.

Oh Traugs, I am so sorry to hear that. But, you know I heard Mother Angelica the other night and she said that God takes the little ones (children) at just the right time according to His time and when He sees fit. He had a very good reason. I know it’s not very comforting at the moment, but this life is only a step into the eternity. Somehow, we all must remember that. I will continue my prayers for your family. God bless all of you. Much love.
