My family and I are waiting to hear back from the bank on the purchase of our house. It is a short sale and we put in terms that we felt were very fair. Please pray that the bank accepts the offer!

As I’m sure you were told, short sales can take a long time. I hope that that is not the
case for you and that you can purchase the home. Praying for you.

This house is right across the street from our parish and school and is currently owned by a parish family. We are hoping to keep it in the parish family!
