Prayer for a job

[cephas161619]

Hello all,

I asked a friend to pray last night for a job that fit better. This morning I lost my job, and I need prayers. Dear Lord, please help me through this time of uncertainty. Guide me to position where you want to see me flourish. In Christ’s name I pray. Amen.

thanks for the prayers!

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death. Amen

Lord, as Cephas requests, please help him through this time of uncertainty. Please guide him to the position where you want to see him to flourish. In Christ’s name I pray. Amen

How ironic!
It could be that the Lord wished you to know He’s there for you, knowing that next morning you’d be losing your job unexpectedly, that you were inspired to ask for prayer the evening before.

You’ve chosen St Peter’s translated name, so I ask him to pray for you as you look for work, and for youin all aspects of life and service.

Best wishes and prayers,
Trishie

Lord cephas161619 needs a new job. Please help him find the right job you want for him. While he is unemployed may he get to daily Mass for the strength and graces he needs to get through his unemployment. May he use his time not only for seeking out new positions, but to pray. I pray, Lord, that the right job for cephas161619 makes itself known to him soon and that he flourishes at this new job. Thank you for hearing my prayer, Lord. Amen.
