Prayer for clarity on my career

I humbly ask everyone for your prayers on my career.

I just resigned from a role where I felt stressed and unable to excel, and I have no job lined up. I am now actively looking for employment, but I am not exactly sure if I should stay in my current industry (which I am interested in) or to switch to another industry.

On one hand, I really hope to get a job related to what I am very interested in, but on another I want to get employed soon and hence I’ve thought of switching industry. This has left me feeling rather uncertain.

To make matters worse, I have several gaps and short stints in my career history, so it has added more barriers for me to get employed.

Also, please pray that for me to surrender all my shortcomings to God, and allow God to transform me. I also reflected that it was my pride and arrogance that led me to this situation.

You have learned a good rule. NEVER LEAVE ONE JOB W/O HAVING THE NEW JOB.
Ask for grace to be able to resist the stress of the job you have before you leave. His grace may have made your job tolerable.
Use wisdom now. All applications are on line
(mostly). GET A GOOD RESUME WRITTEN. Get it professionally done. There are many employment web sites. Some are geared toward high earning jobs. Some on local jobs. Some are free and some cost money.
For a quick job for immediate pay, there are the manpower jobs. Daily, you go to site at 0600hrs. They give out jobs first come first serve.
Help w Construction. They have secretarial. They may have your old job there??? HAHA. It has a variety of job fields. If you start working one all the time, you can stay there after 3 months and if the company pays a fee. Or something like that.
Jesus, one of your children needs Your assistance. Give him Your Wisdom for the future.
This is a time, where he can get closer to You.
Lead him in the path You have chosen for him.

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility
and Mother of Hope,
look upon jnt85 in this time
of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
