If anyone out there has a moment, I could use a prayer for conception, I’m fighting off negative feelings and trying to have faith. We are trying for a second child. The Lord has blessed me and my husband with a daughter that we are raising to be Catholic. I’m Catholic and my husband is converting (he grew up Presbyterian). We have tried for almost 2 yrs (but year one was stressful with the death of my beloved Mother and a move to another state). We’ve been trying for nearly a year and so far fertility specialist tells us our labs came back normal (thank God) - so the only thing we are missing is the Lord to make it happen as we try. We are trusting in God and prayer for it to happen soon. I thank you all for your time and I will continue to pray for all of you out there who are suffering and in despair. I pray the Lord remains with you and gives us all strength. Thank you.

In Christ,

Praying for you. Thank God for good lab results! There is truth to seeking a calm place in your life before trying for another child. You have had some understandable stress. Take time to enjoy what you have now, and the rest will fall into place before you know it.
Take the pressure off trying so hard, and boom! It will happen!

***Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death
Amen.

May I respectfully suggest a Novena to St. Anne, concluding with Mass at a parish of the same name…
Hoping to hear great news from you soon!
God bless you for being open to life!

Prayer to St. Anne

Good Saint Anne, you were especially favored by God to be the mother of the most holy Virgin Mary, the Mother of our Savior. By your power with your most pure daughter and with her divine Son, kindly obtain for us the grace and the favor we now seek. Please secure for us also forgiveness of our past sins, the strength to perform faithfully our daily duties and the help we need to persevere in the love of Jesus and Mary. Amen.

Dear Saint Anne, we know nothing about you except your name. But you gave us the Mother of God who called herself handmaid of the Lord. In your home you raised the Queen of Heaven and are rightly the model of homemakers. In your womb came to dwell the new Eve uniquely conceived without sin. Intercede for us that we too may remain free from sin. Amen.
Glorious Saint Anne, we think of you as filled with compassion for those who invoke you and with love for those who suffer. Heavily laden with the weight of my troubles, I cast myself at your feet and humbly beg of you to take the present affair which I recommend to you under you special protection LadyofFaith, who wishes to conceive a second child.

Deign to commend it to your daughter, our Blessed Lady, and lay it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy conclusion. Cease not to intercede for me until her request is granted. Above all, obtain for me the grace of one day beholding my God face to face. With you and Mary and all the saints, may I praise and bless Him for all eternity.

Good Saint Anne, mother of her who is our life, our sweetness and our hope, pray for me. Amen.

:signofcross:

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Loving Lord, Your timing is perfect so we ask that in Your most perfect time you would grant that this couple conceive a child if within Your will. We humbly ask in the precious name of Jesus Your Beloved Son, Amen.

PRAYER TO THE
IMMACULATE CONCEPTION

O God, who by the Immaculate Conception
of the Blessed Virgin Mary,
did prepare a worthy dwelling place for Your Son,
we beseech You that, as by the foreseen death of this, Your Son, You did preserve Her from all stain,
so too You would permit us, purified through Her intercession, to come unto You.
Through the same Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, world without end.

Amen.

:gopray:I’m praying for you right now. May God grant you another child that is healthy and happy. :signofcross:

Memorare

REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. A Prayer to St. Gerard for Motherhood

O glorious Saint Gerard, powerful intercessor before God, and wonder worker of our day, I call upon you and seek your help. You who always fulfilled God’s will on earth, help me to do God’s holy will. Intercede with the Giver of life, from whom all parenthood proceeds, that I may conceive and raise children who will please God in this life, and be heirs to the kingdom of heaven. Amen.

Thank you all, I read through and I keep visiting. I am overwhelmed by the prayers and in tears after reading and praying. Thank God for all of you and the messages of hope.

I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for His goodness and blessings. I’m thankful for Saint Ann and Saint Gerard as well as all of you who prayed for me. Thank you all for the prayers, today we received a positive home pregnancy test and blood test. I will go for another blood test in 48 hours. I will continue to pray to maintain the pregnancy and further development as a Christian and Catholic.

I pray the Lord will remain with your hearts and minds and helps you through each of your struggles in life. If some of you remember please keep a short prayer for me to carry this child or children to term. Thank you.
