Hello,

I’m an adult converting to the Church and I am hoping to make my first confession tomorrow. As an adult that has never confessed before I have a lot of sins to confess, many of them very serious.

Please pray for me that I have the contrition, hope, and courage to make a sincere and thorough confession.
Pray that I am not overcome by despair and the devil and avoid the confessional out of cowardice.
Please pray for the priest to hear my confession.
Please pray for the intercession of St. Mary Magdalene on my behalf, as I am doing.
Please pray that I receive the washing of all my sins through the mercy of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thank you & God Bless you,

Jack

May you be blessed by the sacrament, and encouraged to move forward.
Praying for you and your priest.

God Bless
Marla

Lord please send Jack Your Holy Spirit to inspire him with what to say, and to fill him with healing and grace

Praying for you.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

***Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death
Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

*O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. *Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen

Praying for you to have a good confession. Try not to worry about it, the priest have heard just about everything.

I pray to St. Gerard, the patron saint of good confessions,
that you will be able to faithfully and freely confess ALL
your sins for the praise and glory of Christ’s Name and
for your world’s good and the good of all His holy Church!!

Our Father, who is in heaven,
Your Name be held holy,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses as
we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
