Prayer for discernement

Dear Lord,
Help us to discern Your part in all of our lives
You leave us with free will, to chose poorly or wisely
So many times, and understandibly so, we ask you to rescue us for our own poor choices.
Help us to discern those choices are poor from the get go, and to chose wisely from the very beginning. So often we expect You to save us from bad decisions we make even when we fully realize they are bad decisions from the starting point.

Help us develope a wise and fully informed conscience so that we may not make poor decisions. Grace us with Your Wisdom so that we fully live out our lives in parallel with Your Wisdom.
So many times we want to be allowed to make not very wise choice and expect You to save us from our own weaknesses and poor choices. Help us to realize You will fully allow us to feel the full weight of our own poor choices.
