Praying for your intention.

Just out of curiosity why do you want to be married?
Are you looking to avoid some perceived negative outcome?
Are you trying to gain some perceived positive outcome?
Are you trying to satisfy yourself?
Are you trying to serve others?
Is it for financial reasons?
Is it for love?

There are many possible reasons to get married.

What is God’s will for your life?

“No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.”

O Lord,

I do not know what to ask You.
You alone know my real needs,
and You love me more
than I even know how to love.
Enable me to discern my true needs
which are hidden from me.
I ask for neither cross nor consolation;
I wait in patience for You.
My heart is open to You.

come to me and help me.
Put Your mark on me and heal me,

Lord, please give Rand431 the guidance they need during this confusing time. If marriage is in their future, help them and their future partner prepare to be godly spouses to one another. Amen.
