Does anyone have a short, simple prayer for expectant mothers? My pro-life group wants to put one on a holy card for our grade school students to pray each day.

I’m sorry no one has answered you so far. You may have already found what you needed, but just in case you haven’t…
Most of the prayers for expectant mothers are to St Gerard and St Ann, and they are for the recitation of the expectant mother, so they wouldn’t be appropriate in this case. Below is a prayer from the back of an old holy card I have in my collection with St. Gerard Majella on the front, which probably isn’t available commercially any longer:
Prayer for Respect of Life
St. Gerard Majella, women the world over have adopted you as their patron in the joys and fears of childbearing. Today we invoke your intercession for the pro-life movement. Pray that all will look upon human life as a gift from God, not as an unwanted burden to be destroyed. Assist the efforts of those on earth who are enlisted in the crusade of promoting the dignity and value of all human life, particularly the unborn.
This we ask through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
