Prayer for fallen away Catholic family Members

Dear St. Monica,
troubled wife and mother,
many sorrows pierced your heart during your lifetime.
Yet, you never despaired or lost faith.
With confidence, persistence, and profound faith,
you prayed daily for the conversion
of your beloved husband, Patricius,
and your beloved son, Augustine;
your prayers were answered.
Grant to us that same fortitude, patience,
and trust in the Lord.
Intercede for us, dear St. Monica,
that God may favorably hear our pleas
for all non practising Catholics
and those discerning conversion to Catholicism,
for our families, including mine, for increase of faith for us,
especially all in this thread. Amen.

Lord Take away my sins before I ask help for those who have fallen by the way side.
I look Lord at LillyM and CradleCath My Brother is dying. In fact, he has outlived the 5 yrs. the doctors gave him.
** justlookingny ** Please pray for my Father, Stepmother, Uncle, Brother, Sister-In-Law, Cousin, Aunt, Mother, and many friends.whom have fallen away.

Lord I cry out for mercy Lord, for all my brothers and sisters in our church and those who were following You Lord. Hold back the chains satin holds around these and my children who are in satins web of the flesh. Lord help please help Lord hear our prayers.

Please do not forget them remember your own words “even if a mother forgets you I shall not”. lord i cry out to You please what ever it takes to gain them back then I pray that You do just that.
I remember Lord that You tell us "it is better that the body go through hell, so that you have eternal life in heaven that to have all the earth can give, and lose your soul to hell forever.
Lord what ever it takes please take my children and grand children.
Praise You Lord.
 
Lord I pray for my SIL Laureen and may she come back even if only for a visit and for her daughter Kayla my niece as she has never known the faith. She came over to my house wearing a rosary so I had the oportunity to speak with her about prayer and she received it from her grandmother. Amen

Dear Lord Jesus, Mother Mary and all the Saints and Angels in heaven, thank-you for leading my to this sight where I have found the answer to my thoughts and prayers.
Please remember my parents in-laws (and their children). Keep the spirit alive within their hearts to always want to try to find God in themselves and in their daily lives. Help them to control the wickedness that seems to have taken over their minds. Let them be humbled to realize their wrong-doings and to ask forgivness. Holy Spirit shower them with your gifts. Please grant this before their dying day.
Amen.
St. Monica hold my hand, my heart and **my mouth **and guide me through this time so that I may not fall into the temptation to gossip, complain, be lazy, finger-point (blame) or to lose cheerfulness and respect towards the family. Teach me. Amen.

I pray for your intercession on behalf of my own son and the family members of all those who have sought your help on this thread. We converted 11 years ago when my son was 13. He was never quite convinced, I think, that anything was wrong with our old church. He remained faithful, however, to the practice of the Catholic faith until he went to college. When he is home, he attends mass with us out of a sense of obligation to his father and me. He has not been to confession or received the Eucharist in years. Yet there is one thing that gives me hope–he will stand up for the Faith when it is challenged. I committed him to our Lord when he was a baby, just as Samuel’s mother did in the Old Testament.

Dear St. Monica, please prayer for him.

My Jesus, I place all my trust in you.
 
Dear Lord Jesus, Mother Mary, St. Monica and all the angels and Saints,
Thank-you for helping my family to get through another day. It is hard to understand why certain things are happening, maybe it needs to get worse before it gets better. I’ve asked for your help, let me accept the challenges that arise without worry, fear or anger. Do not let me expect things to work as I think they should, but let me allow you to do your will. Do not let me be afraid to be humbled. I love you Jesus.
Please lead my in-laws back into the protection of your love.
Holy Spirit shower them with your gifts, so that they intelligently work through their troubles and ultimately find God at the centre of their lives.

My Lord I wish to be a littleone so that you alone can hear my prayers, so that my prayers have meaning to You my God.
Lord in all that You have made me I offer them back to you for the release of the souls of those who my brothers and sisters prayer.

Most Holy Trinity of Love hear my prayers I beg You, Lord of Lords God of Gods, King of Kings most Holy and anointed one, only Son of the Living God, You alone deserve Glory and Honor.

I ask You my God to hear the prayers of my brothers and sisters and my own, for they ask not for riches or glory but for Your mercy for Your forgiveness for You oh Lord to release into the hearts of those who have fallen away from Your flock the “truth” that there is no love peace or everlasting joy except in Your name the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, bring them back I pray.
