** Dear St. Monica,
troubled wife and mother,
many sorrows pierced your heart during your lifetime.
Yet, you never despaired or lost faith.
With confidence, persistence, and profound faith,
you prayed daily for the conversion
of your beloved husband, Patricius,
and your beloved son, Augustine;
your prayers were answered.
Grant to us that same fortitude, patience,
and trust in the Lord.
Intercede for us, dear St. Monica,
that God may favorably hear our pleas
for all non practicing Catholics and those discerning conversion to Catholicism, especially those
in this thread
Amen

In Jesus’ name, Father, please return our loved ones to You and the Church and lead them to live the fullness of Your loving will.
Please comfort and reassure all who grieve the absence of loved ones from the Sacraments. Please answer our prayers for them, including
Jodie, Caitlin, Dad, Daniel, Megan, Paul, Nkateko, Alison, Elspeth, Garret, Garrick, Ian, Dean, Paul, Jan, Trevor, Colin, Anitra, Daniel, Caroline, Laura, Daisy, Julie, Annette, Brian, Fiona, Sandra, Dave, Rams, Daryl, Darylle, Kane, Adam, Clem, Cameron, Joe, Elizabeth, Ellen, Allan, Annie, Rosemary, Rick, Nick, Vicky and Gordon, Dominic, Kenrick, Janice, Lily, Manuel, Luis, Peggy, Edith, Agnes, Maggie, Alex, Anthony and John, Gladys’ son, and Joe and Ralph

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is love and mercy itself.

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
