Dear St. Monica,

Troubled wife and mother,
many sorrows pierced your heart during your lifetime.
Yet, you never despaired or lost faith.
With confidence, persistence, and profound faith,
you prayed daily for the conversion
of your beloved husband, Patricius,
and your beloved son, Augustine;
your prayers were answered.
Grant to us that same fortitude, patience,
and trust in the Lord.
Intercede for us, dear St. Monica,
that God may favorably hear our pleas
for all non practicing Catholics and those
discerning conversion to Catholicism.

Please pray for my sister and her family and for a family that used to belong to our Church but suddenly stopped attending.

My Dear God,

Please help all of us on this board to know what to do and say to our loved ones so that we may make a difference and bring them back to the Church.

I am hurt, mad, and confused. What did I do wrong? Was I not a good example? I feel like a failure that my child has fallen away from the Catholic Church. My heart aches. Give me the wisdom to know if there is something else I can do to guide her back to the Church.
