Troubled wife and mother,
many sorrows pierced your heart during your lifetime.
Yet, you never despaired or lost faith.
With confidence, persistence, and profound faith,

of your beloved husband, Patricius,
and your beloved son, Augustine;

Please pray especially for my brother who has chosen another religion to follow and my sister who follows none and when something didn’t go her way last month she actually said she should start worshipping the devil. I was mortified, but said nothing!

This is probably one of the most devestating and shocking things to hear from a loved one. But, like St. Monica we have to remain faithful and keep on Praying.
