Prayer for Gas prices

Please pray that gas prices come down.

Please don’t see this as a petty request.

This one commodity affects a large part of our society. High gas prices cause a ripple effect in the economy that causes price increases in products that are necessary for families to survive (food, clothes, etc).

Please Lord Jesus allow gas prices come down.
 
O Lord, I ask that You help ease the prices of gas, as the prices of gas can have a tremendous affect on may people, especially those on a shoestring budget. And Lord, please lead people to stop buying bigger vehicles that they need, so that the demand for gas will decrease, and bring the price down. In Jesus name we pray.
 
Yes, it’s another stress on individuals and families when many have stretched budgets and stressed relationships.

God please help individuals and families in their difficulties…including gas prices!
 
Lord intervene in this matter of the gas prices being lowered and let OPEC and all the Oil barons and Oil companies in country and in our world cut their prices by increasing production . Lord LET OUR U.S. GOVERNMENT OPEN UP THE OIL RESERVES and flood the market with all the oil thus lowering the market price also . Lord give our country and all countries the relief from the gas crisis . thanks Lord , in the name of Jesus, amen . LORD thank you ! Praise the Lord ! in the name of Jesus, amen . Please Lord God, help bring gas prices down. The prices hurt people that can least afford it. Too many people that need to go to the doctor, or the grocery store. They live modest lives and just can’t afford it. Mama Mary, please pray for us.

Praying! Congress is a big culprit. They need to permit drilling in the Gulf, off the coasts, in ANWAR and mining of Colorado shale oil. Those clowns are making us the laughing stock of the world.
 
Please Jesus, I ask that you bring fiscal responsibility to each household in our country. I pray that families would seek to live within their means, that they would discontinue to chase the material goods of this world. I pray for jobs for all of those able to work, for decent transportation for all even mass transit. I pray for all able to work do so with great appreciation for the opportunity to do so. That we are able to glorify you through our work of our hands. I pray that people would become less demanding and spend more time with their families while they still can. I pray that all of us will learn to live more simply and live lives fashioned after the Holy Family. Help each of us to learn and live humbly.

No, this is not a petty request, or even selfish request…gas prices are hurting our country. Bad.

I wish that there was a day of prayer and fasting for this … or a day of Catholic praying the Rosary for this…

when you hear stories of whole countries praying the Rosary and winning a battle…it makes sense. If every Catholic were to pray a Rosary at the same time…we have no idea what our Lady could do for this country…

I am praying for our economy.
 
Lord Jesus, please make the gas prices come down. For the sake of my sanity and others sanity, please make the gas prices come down!
