Keeping you in prayer…

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Praying for you still. I know it is tough because the past few days have been really hard for me as well.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Galilea, May the good Lord continue to keep and provide for you. I am still praying for you.

Praying for you in hopes you find mental peace that you need.

Amen.

Thank you all for continuing to pray for me. Since I found this forum my anxiety has calmed, the more you all pray the stronger I have felt. My cross has not become any lighter, but my faith and inner strength have grown, for the glory of Christ. It was lonely there for a while, but now Jesus has given me a new family:) . I feel inmense Love and Gratitude towards all of you.Having your older siblings practically disown you for walking behind Christ, it cuts a deep wound in the soul, as a child they took me to school by the hand and also to church. But I love them dear and the familiarity of this forum has made me feel human again.

Please pray for my older sister whom is histerical about me moving to Puerto Rico, because she is afraid that if my mom dies I might want to take the house or some land from her:confused: . Which is ridiculous, but she drove my brother away from my mom, for the same reason and the whole situation drove him deeper into the addiction he has. Now my brother absolutely hates her and wants nothing to do with her, so he does not call home and my mother suffers greatly about this. She needs a lot of prayer, so that she can let go of this insane greed. One day we will all die and both land and house will stay behind. Also pray for me to have the compassion and patience to deal with her as I help care for my mother when I get there.

Oh if I would of known it would end up like this , I would of ran to become a cloistered nun:D But let’s fight the fight, right?

My prayers are out to you.I pray for you to regian trust in yourself and trust in God. He has chosen this path for you.
Like Thomas, become a believer. The wounds to our Lord’s hands and feet and his side are like the many “wounds” currently in your life. Trust youurself and believe!

after reading your post i realize that you are stronger than you give yourself credit for. I admire your courage and strength. I will pray for your family and pray that your move would go smoothly. God Bless

May God bless you all! I’m a cradle catholic, married 13 years and the youngest of four siblings. After my father died of cancer my family broke into pieces and my mom was in denial of the crazy choices my siblings were making. As a result my brother is now an addict,my sister lost the custody of her beautiful baby and my mother is paralized from the waist down. All this suffering has given me terrible anxiety attacks, I barely leave my house and if I do I have to take medication to be somewhat OK. I pray a lot, do my rosary and novenas, but I fear that this condition will hurt my marriage and my health. I’m now down to 98 pounds even though I eat healthy. I use to serve the Lord in my church and my community and I was a Rector for many years in a retreat house in the Bronx. I am not an ignorant of my own faith, but I need a lot of prayer because panic attacks is like a terrible virus that just takes over your whole life and a pill just does’t make it better. I need the Holy Spirit to strengthen and free me. I have not been to mass in weeks!!!
Iam sorry for your sufferings.Take it from me on one ever died from a panic attacks. But they do makesone feel as if they are dieing The attecks are rooted in fear.I use to have them.and my were rooted in a depression disorder. If you are under a Dr. care take your meds. The spirtual principle one needs is courage. Some times a med does not work as well but there is other meds that can do the trick.I pray that you receive the courage to face your fears. We have no control over a person ,plaace or thing .All we have conrol over is our reaction to it .

I am still praying for you Galilea…God bless you!

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

I got your back and still am praying for you. Together we will fight these demons that torment and torture us and will win.

Hi Donna 👋 – I’ll be sure to keep your daughter, and your entire family in my prayers.

You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

:kissme: Kathy :irish2:

Praise Jesus Christ!!!

I think this prayer was not meant to be for this thread, because is directed to a Donna etc…BUT!!! Yesterday a senior member from the retreat house I worked at as a young girl, advised me yesterday to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet, this morning my mothers’ cousin who is a senior member at her church, and has an unbelievable spiritual life, advised me this morning to also pray the Divine Mercy chaplet. I did do the chaplet yesterday and today, my mom called me this afternoon sounding soo happy telling me that she was feeling so much better today after months of pain and depression, she had not picked up the phone in months to call me, because of how sick she was, I always call her. Now I find this thread with the Divine Mercy prayer and it warms my heart, letting me know that my Sweet Father in heaven is speaking to me through my siblings-in Christ.

Thank you Lord Father, I praise You and glorify You. Your mercy is an ocean of love. I pray You continue to heal my mother and the sick members here at CAF. Amen

Hi Galilea 👋 – Yes, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy is a wonderful prayer to pray in times of difficulty. Sorry, I didn’t realize this thread was for you and not for someone else I was thinking about at the time. I tried to go back and edit it, but it was too late.

But, in any case, I will certainly keep your Mom in my prayers as well. I pray that she will be at peace real soon. I know depression must be a difficult problem to deal with, especially when you are a parent.

Eternal Father, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.

May God give you and your Mom His peace.

So sorry for the mix-up. :doh2:

I agree, it’s a wonderful prayer. It’s nice to pray right along with the rosary.

Lord thank you for Irish Kathy’s “brilliant” mistake, I know it was all your doing Loving Father and for Stylmeraldo’s support. Bless them Father with special graces, for they are your children.

Father of Love thank you for the strength you’ve given me and the state of surrender that I’m in, it has given me peace and joy, “in the middle of this storm!” Father I Trust in You, You are holding me together. I praise You, I glorify You…my words are nothing compared to what You are doing in my life. My words are nothing but noise next to Your loving beauty. Father…

Thank you Galilea for your prayers. I do appreciate them more than you can imagine. I beg your pardon for my initial mistake. But, I do thank you for being so gracious about it. :bowdown2: God, may your grace be upon her and her entire family, now and always.
