Prayer for healing from muscle atrophy/wasting

I’m suffering from severe muscle wasting all over my body (skeletal as well as involuntary muscles). My bones are thinner now due to prolonged periods of bed rest. The doctors have done all they can but the situation is deteriorating.

Asking for prayers for healing and full restoration of my body.

O Merciful God, Giver of Life and Health:
Bless, I pray You, Your servant Wilson, who is new to this
community. I humbly ask You: to rebuild Wilson’s bones;
strengthen his muscles; renew his mobility; inspire hope
and faith; comfort him in times of pain; restore him to full
health in body, mind, and spirit; and grant him a home in

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (wilson). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into wilson’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

For Your servants who are sick, we ask that Your blessing will give them strength to overcome their weakness through the power of patience and the comfort of hope and that with Your aid they will soon be restored to health.
