Prayer for horrible back pain

Hi everyone,
This is my first time using this forum to ask for prayer intentions.
I’m currently living in China where the Church’s movement is severely restricted and don’t have any good support from fellow believers.
I’m actually due to leave next week, but yesterday I wasn’t careful in lifting some heavy stuff and got a horrible back pain afterwards, it keeps me from sleeping.
I’ve taken lots of painkillers, did back pain stretches and applied NSAID ointments but I still can’t sleep because of the pain.
The nearby hospital doesn’t take foreigners and the major hospitals are always really packed and quite far away, and I don’t really have the strength (with no rest, the constant pain, the things I have to do before moving out etc.)
Feeling really desperate and really need your prayers.
Please pray especially to our Lord, the Blessed Virgin and St. Therese of Lisieux (my baptism name is Mary, while my Confirmation name is Therese).

Thank you so much for your prayers, my dear brothers and sisters in Christ! My back is much better now; I guess I must be more careful in the future. Your prayers have lifted up my spirits so much. May the Lord bless each and every one of you, this Advent and always! Mary Immaculate, pray for us your children and protect us from danger. St Therese de Lisieux, pray for us and guide us to the Father’s love. Amen
