Prayer for impurity

Please pray for me. Looking at our computer history both on Sunday and today, I found a couple of racey websites. I should have just deleted them, but for whatever reason I felt compelled to see just what it was that DH (possibly) has been looking at (see recent posts for full story). Both times I was shaking trying to click the ‘x’ to close out of the site, but it’s really bothering me today. I had time I could have gone to confession this morning except our priest is out of town for another priest’s funeral.

I was terrified as though someone had broken into my home and I was in tears. Went thru the house w/ the holy water and prayed over and over to St.Michael. Was able to get a rosary in before work, but feeling totally ashamed and paranoid as tho everyone knows what I saw this a.m. Please God, purge these images from my memory and purify our home!

St Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou oh prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, cast into hell satan, and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Lord Jesus, look with favor upon your daughter who has committed a transgression, but hates her sin because it separates her from You. Have mercy on her, give her the grace and courage she needs to forgive herself and ask your forgiveness. We ask all this in Your Name. Amen.

Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.
