Prayer for insomnia anxiety and torment.

Hi I’ve asked for prayer before I still really need it I’m off all sleeping medication because it has terrible side effects.Im still having such a hard time sleeping I don’t even look at the clock any more there days where I sleep a couple of hours. I think that’s where the anxiety comes from but it’s physically pain full. I’ve been to doctors,therapist and phycologist. Nothing has helped the medication they gave me made it worse. I go to Mass pray the rosary visit the blessed Sacrament as much as I can I spoke to a priest who prayed over me he said he felt it was more spiritual then physical. Some days back I felt something very dark in my head a voice telling me to kill myself accusing me that nothing was going to get better I had someone pray over me it helped .I have four children a husband who is ill please please pray for me and my family and for anyone who suffers from insomnia and anxiety My Lord have mercy.

Please lead her to genuine understanding of her difficulties and true solutions in overcoming them.
Bless her with an ongoing way to deal with and overcome her severe anxiety.
Please flood her with healing, love, faith, a capacity and determination to see joy in the good things in life, however small.

Please bless her with peace within, for her welfare, and for the sake of her spouse and her four children. If she needs family or community support in her current overwhelmed state, please bless her with wise and genuine assistance.

I do understand something of you pain as my husband has mixed-anxiety syndrome. May God’s light and love fill and surround you 💐🕊️
