Prayer for my aunties

[Adventurer]

Please pray for one of my aunt who has medical problems (she cannot eat properly) and that she may be given opportunities to go to mass.
and
also another aunt who is going to make a spiritual retreat. That she may make a good one and discover what God has called her to do and do God’s will.

[tawny]

Praying for your Aunt’s health & recovery.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Adventurer’s Aunt). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Adventurer’s Aunt’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Praying for your Aunts

Sacred Heart of Jesus, we place all our trust in you knowing that you love us, care for us, and will never abandon us.

We want to be like Mary, who, in spite of her sorrows and great pain, was able to enjoy peace of mind in the midst of her suffering, confident that God was at her side to give her courage.

Help us to know that our suffering too will pass, as you guide us along the right path and that only goodness and kindness will follow us all the days of our life’s

Jesus, heal our hearts, and grant us peace of mind, and heal our bodies.
Amen

Our Father Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is
in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive
us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass
against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver
us from evil.
Amen

[raggie]

Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the Sick, we turn to You in this time of illness. 0 dearest Comforter of the Troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with Your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in Your hands. We place our sick under Your care and humbly ask that You restore Your servant these much loved aunties to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge Your Holy Will and know that whatsoever You do, You do for the love of us.
Amen.

Prayer for Adventurer’s Sick Aunt

Almighty and Eternal God,
You are the everlasting health of those who believe in You.
Hear us for Your sick servant,
for whom we implore the aid of Your tender mercy,

she may give thanks to You in Your Church.

Prayer for Adventurer’s Aunt on Spiritual Retreat
Prayer for the Help of the Holy Spirit

O God, send forth your Holy Spirit into our hearts that we may perceive, into our minds, that we may remember, and into our souls that we may meditate. Inspire us to speak with piety, holiness, tenderness and mercy. Teach, guide and direct our thoughts and senses from beginning to end. May your grace ever help and correct us, and may we be strengthened now with wisdom from on high, for the sake of your infinite mercy. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
