Prayer for my dear friend

Dear Lord,

I pray that my friend X who is in medical research and that he is able to understand and feel your wonders of nature through his studies and findings. From his learnings and that he can be spiritually guided to the teachings and mysteries of God.

Through the intercession of Archangel Saint Raphael, patron saint of healing,i pray that you guide him and his wisdom that his research for can be positively contributed to the greater common good.

I love this friend of mine very much and that somehow we can connect eventually and grow together in the way that is right in God’s eyes.
 
O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Lord help open this person’s eyes to see the true miracles you have bestowed to man kind. I ask you to influence this person and allow their wisdom to teach others of your good news. In your name Jesus, amen!

St. Raphael, friend of the young, be my friend, for I shall always be yours. I desire ever to invoke you in my needs.

Direct me so that I can best cooperate in doing God’s Holy Will, with whom I can live in peace, love and harmony in this life, and attain to eternal joy in the next. Amen.

Saint Raphael, lead us towards those we are waiting for, those who are waiting for us! Raphael, Angel of Happy Meetings, lead us by the hand towards those we are looking for! May all our movements, all their movements, be guided by your Light and transfigured by your Joy.

Angel Guide of Tobias, lay the request we now address to you at the feet of Him on whose unveiled Face you are privileged to gaze. Lonely and tired, crushed by the separations and sorrows of earth, we feel the need of calling to you and of pleading for the protection of your wings, so that we may not be as strangers in the Province of Joy, all ignorant of the concerns of our country.

Remember the weak, you who are strong–you whose home lies beyond the region of thunder, in a land that is always peaceful, always serene, and bright with the resplendent glory of God. Amen
 
Mary, Mother most pure, and Joseph, chaste guardian of the Virgin, to you I entrust the purity of my soul and body. I beg you to plead with God for me that I may never for the remainder of my life soil my soul by any sin of impurity. I earnestly wish to be pure in thought, word and deed in imitation of your own holy purity. Obtain for me a deep sense of modesty, which will be reflected in my external conduct. Protect my eyes, the windows of my soul, from anything that might dim the luster of a heart that must mirror only Christ-like purity. And when the “Bread of Angels” becomes my food in Holy Communion, seal my heart forever against the suggestions of sinful pleasures. Finally, may I be among the number of those of whom Jesus spoke, “Blessed are the pure of heart for they shall see God.” Amen

and decisions of my life.
Remember, dearest Saint Raphael,
that the grace of God preserved you with the good angels in heaven
when the proud ones were cast into hell.
I entreat you, therefore,
to help me in my struggle against the world,
the flesh, and the devil.
Defend me from all dangers
and every occasion of sin.
Direct me always in the way of peace, safety, and salvation.
Offer my prayers to God as you offered those of Tobias,
so that through your intercession
I may obtain the graces necessary for the salvation of my soul.

Dear God,

I pray that you can send the holy spirit to guide my dear friend carry out his research practice in the way that is right in your eyes.

I pray for the courage to have the strength to have a discussion about the church stance on fetal cells testings.

I pray his heart would be open to the spiritual guidance to do what is right.
