Prayer for my sister

Howdy,

My name is Autumn and I would be grateful for any prayers for my sister.
My sister always had a big influence in my life, practically raising me from when we were young. Even in college I still rely on her a bit too much, but now that she’s a senior, she doesn’t know what to do anymore.
Her grades were not very good and now she doesn’t think that her plans to go to grad school will even fall through. I’ve never seen her break down, so much as shed a tear, but this is getting to her. I want the best for her because she deserves so much more than this.
She always took care of me and helped me in all my situations, but now I don’t know how I can help other than pray.

Shine a precursor of heavenly light into this sister’s life, that she might navigate clearly through every murky place. So, she’s a senior in the university, struggling, and grades are a problem.

There are different things it could be. Is it one particular class? If so, a tutor might be able to help. What’s her major? A lot of universities have tutors included as part of the tuition, it’s just a matter of going in and making an appt.

Another thing is that maybe she is not in the right major for her. That also happens. When it does, it doesn’t necessarily mean one isn’t cut out for college, just that some other of study might be better suited to the person.

I have one brother who is now a doctor for many years. He had difficult with, think it was Organic Chemistry, to a point he was wondering if he’d be able to get it. He did, though.

I’ve switched majors, myself. It’s sometimes hard to know as a very young person with little life experience what major we belong in. Career counselors can sometimes do testing to help us.

Anyway, I will end with a prayer. I wish you both luck, and thanks for thinking to pray for her. You sound like a nice person and good sister to her, as well!
