Prayer for Headaches to St. Teresa of Avila

Dear wonderful Saint, model of fidelity to vows, you gladly carried a heavy cross following in the steps of Christ, who chose to be crucified for us. You realized that God like a merciful Father chastises those whom he loves, which to worldlings seems silly indeed. Grant to Nancy relief from great pains if this is in line with God’s plans. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Praying she has the funds or insurance to start seeing a chiropractor who utilizes the Activator. activator.com/ This website has a listing of Activator-trained chiropractors.

Praying she also gets her eyes checked. Wrap-around sunglasses may help. If she doesn’t have glasses, she may need them.

Praying she can see if she needs a night guard due to teeth-grinding.

Praying she can make note of her triggers. Environmental? Foods?

Praying she can utilize Magnesium Malate with orange juice at bedtime.

Praying she can also utilize a can of Dr Pepper with one extra-strength Tylenol and two Advil when she first senses the headaches coming on.

Praying she can utilize cold-packs to the base of the skull and forehead when the migraines come calling.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Nancy. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Nancy’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

And if all of the above fails, that she will seek out her personal physician and ask for a referral to a neurologist, and subsequently receive an MRI.

Dear Friends:

Thank you for that long list of suggestions. She is under a doctor’s treatment. Yes, she’s been to a neurologist. I don’t know everything that’s been tried. But yes, it’s a lot of the stuff that you’ve suggested. (Himalayan salt and lemon juice is a regular). She so appreciates suggestions, as most migraine sufferers do. I will pass the suggestions to her, with my thanks to you.

But the migraine is on Day 3. So please keep praying/suggesting. She’s taking her meds and waiting for this bad boy to crack.
