Prayer for our foster children

Chris you are so brave and kind.I send you my love and thankyou for the love you have given these lovely innocent children for the care you have given them.I too worry for their future but we trust in God that He will bring to pass what He has planned for them.I agree with you about further fostering.For us we did not foster after our foster daughter left us.Who knows what the future holds however! You are a wonderful mother and I pray God will bless you and grant you the strength to get through this.You are in my thoughts and prayers.

We lift our prayers and intentions today for strength, courage, and perseverance for the foster children of chris138’s family, and we especially ask for your comforting and consoling Holy Spirit to be with these young ones. Lord, young people need consistent and genuine love and parenting, and we ask that your Holy and perfect will be fulfilled for these dear children and their situation. We ask that they receive the love and compassion they need to grow and appreciate your grace in their lives. Please grant chris138’s family the continuing ability to provide for these children and help all involved to trust in your divine providence. We know that dear Jesus has a special love for children and holds them up as a model of faith for all of us, please help these young ones to know the love Jesus has for them each day.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever.

Dear Chris you are in my thoughts and prayers as are the children at this very difficult and emotional time.((HUGS)) for you also.We too get to say goodbye forever to Courtney our former foster daughter’s daughter who is to be adopted very soon.I know this is the right decision for her and for all but it doesn’t make it any easier to say goodbye.I understand how hard this is for you .xx May God bless you and be with you always.

Thank you so much for your prayers they are getting us through the loss and I am sure they are helping the children adjust to their new lives. We miss them terribly, but are doing better than I expected, thanks in part I am sure to your prayers. It is grace that coninues to move us forward. THANK YOU.

Dear Chris I know how hard it has been for you.Today my former foster daughter Danielle said good bye to her daughter Courtney for the final time before she is adopted.it was traumatic and the lovely foster mother who has been caring for Courtney for over 18 months was distressed also.We know ultimately it is the right decision for both Danielle and Courtney but it was deply emotional and thankfully God heard our prayers and helped us though.May God bless you always and you remain in my prayers as do the foster children. xxx

Teresa, Thank you so much for you kind words, it is going so much better than I expected, I almost feel guilty that we(me especially) are not more upset about it. I have total peace about this 99% of the time!!! All I can say is thanks to all of you who are praying for us and THANKS TO GOD AND HIS GRACE WHICH IS TOTALLY SUFFICIENT. We are going to be fine and so are the children. 🙂
