Prayer for our house to sell

Our townhouse has been on the market since April, when we found our new house. We moved in July, but we still don’t have a buyer for the townhouse. Yikes! We have someone coming to look tomorrow, so I’m asking for prayers that they make an offer. The sooner we can sell it, the better! Thanks in advance,

Our dearest Lord, please make MJ’s house sell soon, so that she can stop worrying about it and enjoy the peace of your love. We ask this is Jesus’ name, amen.

(sorry, I’m not good yet at coming up with beautiful prayers, but fortunately God listens to the inarticulate too. :D)

Do you have a St. Joseph relic? You are supposed to bury the relic facing your house or your new place and say the prayer. Worked for me, I sold my townhouse in about a month and a half (this summer). I also had a ton of traffic before I sold which is very unusual in this market. You can find these at most Catholic bookstores.
Best of luck to you I know how stressful it can be.
