Continuing is my plea that everyone prays for the U.S.A. Here is a prayer from the “Treasury of Prayers… Archdiocese of Boston”, submitted in CAF earlier by njlisa .

God our Father, Giver of life, we entrust the United States of America to your loving care. You are the Rock on which this nation was founded. You alone are the TRUE source of our cherished rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Reclaim this land for Your glory and dwell among Your people. Send your Spirit to touch the hearts of our nation’s leaders. Open their minds to the great worth of human life and the responsibilities that accompany human freedom. Remind Your people that true happiness is rooted in seeking and doing Your will. Through the intercession of Mary Immaculate, Patroness of our land, grant us the courage to reject the “culture of death”. Lead us into a new millennium of life. We (humbly) ask this through Christ our Lord. AMEN

I beg everyone reading my post to promote this valuable prayer and fervently, slowly recite it at least once every day. And, furthermore, also adhere to the recitation of the Holy Rosary daily, focusing on the appropriate “Mystery of the day”. Personally, I always struggle to maintain a solid, daily prayer life. Almighty God,
bless our nation
and make it true
to the ideas of freedom and justice
and brotherhood for all who make it great.

Guard us from war,
from fire and wind,
from compromise, fear, confusion.

Be close to our president and our statesmen;
give them vision and courage,
as they ponder decisions affecting peace
and the future of the world.

Make me more deeply aware of my heritage;
realizing not only my rights
but also my duties
and responsibilities as a citizen.

Make this great land
and all its people
know clearly Your will,
that they may fulfill
the destiny ordained for us
in the salvation of the nations,
and the restoring of all things in Christ.

Glorious and loving God, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of America, we pray for our nation, that her peoples will not be seduced by the lies and intimidation of the enemy, but will flee to your Court for the aid that you burn to give to them if they only ask for it. Protect, strengthen, and enlighten our leaders, but more essentially than that, our families. Guide us sinners, like the small & weak children that we are, as a loving father, and bring us to green pastures and still waters, until our election into your everlasting Kingdom of Peace, where we will shed tears of joy and dance with jubilation, wholly immersed in the Divine Light, and amidst the thunderous songs of the angels & saints, our brothers and sisters, forever and ever loving You and being loved by You. Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
