Prayer for Patience and Love When Dealing with an Unintentional Friend

Hi everyone,

I have made an unintentional friend at school. She not someone I want to spend time with, but she took a great liking to me and has became quite attached. Please pray that I remain patient and loving as I continue a relationship with her (we are going to be in several of the same classes for the rest of our time at the school). Father, your treasury of compassion is inexhaustible. Share this treasure with us so that everybody we meet can be better from having been with us. Help us to show courage, compassion, and understanding when we encounter Christ in the distressing disguise of those who we do not want to be with.
 
Bless you for being Christ to another! May the Lord guide you in this small vocation you have received.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility
and Mother of Hope,
look upon SnowAngels in this time
of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -
which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
    And, help her to bring this
    same Peace into the lives
    of others.
