Prayer for Priests at Christmas

I would like to ask you all to join me in praying for our priests this Christmas season. Please pray that they will not be lonely, and that God will give them the grace to perform their duties with reverence and charity.
 
For all Priests especially now at Christmas

Jesus, meek and humble of heart,
give all priests Thy spirit of humility;

Jesus, poor and worn out for souls,
give all priests Thy spirit of zeal;

Jesus, full of patience and mercy for sinners,
give all priests Thy spirit of compassion;

Jesus, victim for the sins of the world,
give all priests Thy spirit of sacrifice;

Jesus, lover of the little and the poor,
give all priests Thy spirit of charity.

Mary, Queen of the Clergy, pray for us;
and obtain for us numerous and holy priests and religious. Amen

I pray that all of our religious are not lonely this Christmas and that many are able to spend some of it with their families if possible. :gopray:
 
:gopray: We lift up those who sacrifice their lives for service to God. Comfort them and allow them to know Your love in a special way. Continue to bring love about with in them. The love they serve you by serving us. Thank you Lord for their sacrifice and their ever-giving encouragement.

Holy Mary, mother of God pray for us sinners
now and at the time of our death.
 
Praying very hard for these good men and for more to be called to the priestly vocation!
