Prayer for purity

Hello all. Please pray for me. I had a fall in purity (self gratification) last night and then this morning. I have been making great progress with the help of the Lord and Our Lady. This seems like a monthly occurrence and it can lead to bad depression for a day or two. I remember the quote given to St. Faustina about how discouragement is not good and try at all costs to be encouraged by the hope of Heaven, yet I just feel like I have a huge weight on me right now. I will try to go to Confession tonight. Any help on how to get through the day? God bless you all, prayer warriors.
