Prayer for sleep - divorcing and not cooperating

I’m up again trying to figure ou thow to forgive my ex-spouse despite all she’s done and continues to do. Now she wants me to buy the ariline ticket for my son to fly to me for Spring Break, and she will reimburse me. I cannot trust her to do so. I’ve direct deposited half the ticket price to her account but she will not buy the ticket. It is stipulated with the court that we share the cost equaly. She has the money to do this.

I wish there was a bibilical way to mediate instead of involving the lawyers for stuff like this. I would emulate the Scripture reading that says first to go to your brother (or sister) to try to resolve the dispute, then bring two peers into the dispute, and if that fails, bring it to the temple. Pray for me, please.

Praying that Our Lady will speak to your ex-wife to encourage her to be truthful and compassionate. Praying Our Lady will softly speak to your ex wife and remind her that your child was conceived by the both of you and SHE must be sure the child’s father and mother share Gods Child and your ex should not participate in pathogenic parenting.

Praying for all of your intentions.
