Prayer for terminal cancer

Loving God, our Father we lift up our prayers for this friend who is ill with cancer and for his family and friends as they all live this difficult life journey, asking that all may know your love and peace through the days of pain and medical care, that those who offer care will be filled to overflowing with your grace so their care will be given appropriately and out of love, and that your healing hand come to rest upon the brother of mlz’s friend.

For each of those who join into this thread of prayer, please strengthen their resolve to pray fervently and continuously over these intentions.

I am requesting prayer for a man who has terminal cancer. He is 41 years old and is the brother of a friend I teach with. The cancer started in his liver and has now spred.
