Lord Jesus,
Help those who are suffering from terminal illnesses to get through each day. Give them courage and strengthen their faith, love and trust in you.
Give them a peaceful death.
Help their families to cope with the knowledge that their loved one/s is dying. :gopray:

Amen. I will remember the sick and dying in my chaplet of Divine Mercy later today.
 
Praying for all those who face terminal illness thorugh the intersession of St. Padre Pio da Pietrelcina, whose feast we celebrate today.

St. Padre Pio da Pietrelcina endured physical and spiritual suffering for almost his entire life. By his intersession, may those who also suffer find comfort in Christ Jesus, espicially those who are alone and forgotten.

Praying very hard for them. I take communion to two people suffering terminal illnesses and is very distressing to see them suffering and deteriorating. God help them all.

Almighty Father we beseech thee to grant this petition and those that are silent in our hearts, in the name of your Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, in Your Heavenly Kingdom, One God forever and ever. --AMEN.
