In relation to the plenary indulgences of Divine Mercy Sunday, what does “prayer for the intentions of Supreme Pontiff” entail? Is there an actual prayer, or are we free to make up our own prayer? Please clarify. Thanks.

Fauken is correct.
Simply say, “I pray for the intentions of the Holy Father” (or “the intentions of the Supreme Pontiff”) and then say 1 Our Father, 1 Hail Mary and 1 Glory Be.
It is best to say them out loud as the Enchiridion generally states that the prayers should be “recited”.
You can say them out loud but speak very quietly so you don’t disturb others.

Also remember that you are praying for the INTENTIONS of the Supreme Pontiff, not for the Supreme Pontiff himself.

May I remind everyone following this devotion there is a Novena we can pray leading up to Divine Mercy Sunday too.

Happy Easter. Christ has risen
