I do not know why it hurts me so much. It really bothers me. I cannot believe it. Gosh the world can be so scary. All souls rest in peace. I am very disturbed by this.

When anyone sees the death of innocents and the injuries inflicted on so many others, horror and shock are the only appropriate reactions. Our prayers should be with those killed in their youth or maimed by a sad lost soul. May Jesus bring them to His loving arms.
May we also pray for America in its discernment of a solution to the inordinate number of mass killings within its culture. Your leaders will wring their hands and talk about the Constitution until the cows come home. Your divisions on gun ownership, racism, sexual and gender issues will continue until you bring your country back to God. God bless the innocents and your country.

This has really bothered me too.I feel unsafe in my country.It makes me wonder if I should buy a gun to protect myself.Two in 6 month is too much.
I will pray a Rosary today for the victims and those that have died too. GodBless!

Praying for the repose of the souls of those who died. Praying for the health & recovery of the injured. Praying for the families of both.

I’m with you there. I used to be able to handle reading about war, etc. without feeling much of anything, but I’ve become really sensitive to it recently. We’re made for so much more than sin and violence. I just don’t get the things we sometimes think will make us happy or solve our problems. These folks, as well as all other victims of violence and also all those who have been or in the process of being radicalized are in my prayers.

Probably because it was bad on so many levels… Father, bring them home to You, give them peace…give them justice.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

†

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.

**Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy;

O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Amen.**
