Prayer for the soul of my beloved father

Please could you pray for the repose of the soul of my beloved father Gerard who passed away in the early hours of this morning peacefully, having received the Last Rites two evenings before. He was a truly wonderful man and father and will be sorely missed. I am totally heartbroken but know he is at peace now in Heaven with my mother. Please could you pray for the repose of his soul.

Eternal rest grant unto your father Gerard O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May he rest in peace.
May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, especially those who have passed away in the last few weeks, rest in peace.
Amen.

And may God comfort you and his other loved ones, and wipe every tear from their eyes, till you meet again in Heaven. Amen.

In Jesus’ Name i pray that Gerard is welcomed into Heaven by Merciful God and gets to have a wonderful Christmas there with his late wife.

Holy Mary, St. Joseph, St. Gerard Majella, St. Nicholas of Tolentino, St. Nicholas of Myra, St. Padre Pio, and all the saints and holy angels, please intercede. Thank you. Amen.
