Our Lady of Lourdes, through your intercession many people have been healed of illnesses, diseases, and conditions both physical and mental. Inspired with this confidence I come to you to ask for your intercession for those who have anxiety and panic attacks. Please pray for their healing. Amen.

Saint Dymphna, holy patron of those with mental illness, please pray for all people who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks that they would be healed or at least they would learn to cope with their illness through the use of medication, therapy, and any other therapeutic means that could help them. Amen.
