Dear Lord Jesus, I pray that you would be with all of us, men and women of God who truly desire to serve you always but often fail to live a life worthy of claiming ourselves as part of the elect of God. Through yielding to temptation and desires of this world, we have often failed to do what is neccessary to live our lives according to your purpose for us. Please forgive us for our grave neglect, for we often have become so engrossed in our Earthly lives that we fail to seek You with our entire heart and soul. We have often fallen astray, but when we reflect on our intentions at the deepest level of our beings, they are surely to do Your will since we are all filled with the Holy Spirit and members of Christ’s body. Please give us the grace and strength and courage to seek You every moment of the day, to not allow us to be idle and create an invitation to temptation, and to be able to resist the temptation to sin when it does present itself. In the name of the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit amen!

Jesus, Lover of chastity, **

** begging you to plead with God for me. **
