Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

***Holy and Blessed Trinity, Almighty God, in the name of Jesus Christ, please forgive those who have persecuted the Church, for they really don’t understand what they are doing. For if they knew, they would repent and follow Jesus. Correct them Holy Spirit.

You said, that we would have to face persecution for the sake of Your name. Please help us not to become so offended by the horrible comments made about You and the Church as to react in a sinful or hateful way. Give us the strength we need to love our enemies and not sin against You. Because these evil comments are enough to provoke some to violence.

Lord have mercy on us and upon those who seek to do us harm.

Help us to defend our faith Your way.

Thank you for the blessed assurance, that the gates of hell will never prevail against the Holy Catholic Church. Your jewel.

Thank You that no weapon formed against us will ever prosper and every tongue that would speak against us shall be condemned. Thank You for blessing our church in the midst of so much evil.

You are God from everlasting to everlasting and worthy of our praise. We hail You as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The Alpha and Omega. Author and Finisher of our Faith. Now and forever, You are our praise…

Wherever their is persecution of Christians we ask for Your protection and provision for the needs of all our brothers and sisters in Christ, amen.
