Spring is “officially” here! Winter can do a u-turn, though!
Let us continue praying for those living in areas with strong weather in the U.S.A. and for our brothers and sisters in Christ in the Peruvian cities of
Piura,
Arequipa,
Ica,
Chiclayo,
Mala,
Tumbes,
Huancavelica and
Lima, that are the most affected by the floods. Also please pray for the 64 killed by the floods there, those whose homes were destroyed and those who may not get to places because the bridges have collapsed. May Our Lord protect them from any illness brought about by the floods.
For those in California, U.S., whose State was not ready for the rain they have had. For all those who are homeless and those trying to help them during bad weather.
Also that the protection we have had may continue for all of us during the early Spring of 2017 (in the Northern Hemispheren), for any Medical Doctors that any may see (because it is nice to have already prayed for the Doctor (Our Lord knows who s/he will be even if not born yet – long life
). Prayer of Apology and Thanksgiving because of human forgetfulness to say “thank You” to Our Lord. . . . 
Prayer for Protection from Storms
Heavenly Father,
We are expecting [or are in] a storm. Like You did not know it!
Please send Your Heavenly Angels to invade our home and area to protect us, X, X [name the persons]; our home, gardens, vehicles, and everything You know needs protection.
Please remember our loved ones and aid them. Please, Lord.
Once the storm is over, Lord, please leave some of Your Angels at our home so that they may help Our Guardian Angels in keeping our home and us safe from all harm.
Yes, I admit it Lord, that when the wind picks up or it gets bad,
I might start telling them “Help!” although I do know Your Angels know what to do.
It is just that I am cowardly, Lord, and of little faith.
Please give me more faith so that I may not be as scared and believe that You,
Who calmed the seas and the winds,
are the very same Lord Whose commands were followed when You walked the earth.
Thank You, Lord.

Prayer for Medical Doctors
O merciful Father,
Who have wonderfully fashioned man in Your own image,
and have made his body to be a temple of the Holy Spirit,
sanctify, we pray You, our doctors and nurses and all those whom you have called to
…study and practice the arts of healing the sick and the prevention of disease and pain.
Strengthen them in body and soul,
and bless their work,
that they may give comfort to those for whose salvation Your Son became Man,
lived on this earth, healed the sick,
and suffered and died on the Cross.
Amen.
Apology and Thanksgiving Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Creator of all and source of all goodness and love,
please look kindly upon us,
as we ask for forgiveness for not giving You thanks.
Please receive our heartfelt apology for the lack of gratitude.
Remind us at all times that You are always worthy of our thanks.
Thank You, Heavenly Father,
for all the graces and blessings
You have bestowed upon us:
for the protection you have granted me
from the winter cold, wind, and rain;
for such little snow; please keep it so.
For our faith and religious heritage;
the Priests who bring us the Sacraments;
our life, food and shelter;
our health, the love we have for one another;
our Police Officers and Firefighters who keep us safe;
our Soldiers and Veterans who fight and fought for our Country;
our family and friends.
Thank You for the people You so generously send us;
…everything You grant us
…and of which we are not even aware.
Dear Father, in Your infinite generosity, please grant us the grace of having
…less “give me” and more gratitude throughout the c oming
…years so that we may be aware that anything from You is good
