Prayer for World Peace Everywhere

I would like to make a request that others remember to pray for world peace, that peace may reign among nations and among men everywhere.

Please pray for all those who are suffering persecution for their religious beliefs, especially, be it in the Sudan, Eretz Yisrael, Tibet, Cambodia, Burma…anywhere that people suffer for doing what their hearts tell them to.

Lord please grant peace, compassion, forgiveness and unity to the individuals and peoples of this world.

Holy Spirit,

Move within each of us to help us to reach out in peace to our brethern. We ask that you would move those at high levels to bring peace to their lands. We ask protection for those unjustly persecuted and a presence to remind them You are there and understand what unjust persecution is and how it feels. We seek an ultimate home in heaven and ask that these blessed souls enduring be granted peace on earth if possible but eternally is the promise we endure for. Help them daily in the travails.

In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
